All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please note:

Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, product launches, promotions, or holidays.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we do not ship to your country, this will be made clear at checkout.

United States: 5–12 business days

International Orders: 7–21 business days

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details.
Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

If tracking information has not updated or appears delayed, this does not necessarily indicate a lost shipment.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country’s customs authority.

These charges:

Are not included in the product price or shipping cost

Are the customer’s responsibility

Cannot be refunded by Jambuvi LLC

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Jambuvi LLC is not responsible for:

Orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

Packages returned due to address errors

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date for lost items).

We will work with the carrier to investigate and assist where possible.
Replacement or refund decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.
