Orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
Packages returned due to address errors
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date for lost items).
We will work with the carrier to investigate and assist where possible.
Replacement or refund decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.
